Implementing Your Customized EnHance Service

Once you have executed a Master Services Agreement ("MSA") with us and if you have an existing website, our team will create the required web pages that supports the service contracted. Basically, the web pages that will be provided to you as part of the ‘On-Demand’ service include:  Learn More, Computer Specs, User Registration , E-mail Validation, P2P Client Download and Installation, User Login, and the Media Manager itself.

Your audience can be offered the opportunity of 'joining' your new service through your primary website or other marketing initiatives you undertake.  In essence, you are asking them to 'join' your new ‘web community’.

One of the easiest and best ways of promoting your new 'web community' is to place a 'Join Now' on your primary website home page, which then leads the user to the above mentioned pages we have provided you that supports your service. Once they are done, they simply log in and enjoy your videos through your graphically customized Media Manager.

As EnHance is a complete turn-key media management and distribution solution, it includes a simple to use, state-of-the-art, and web-based, back-end support system or as we call it, the Endavo Media Management System, or EMMS.  The EMMS will enable you to operate and manage your EnHance service without any need for support from us.

Once you have uploaded a few of your initial video clips, you can start scheduling, or 'campaigning', your media for delivery to your users.   Once a video clip is campaigned, EnHance will start sending the video to your registered members that have opted to download and install the download manager client. The download manager client ensures that the video files are delivered to the user's computer hard disk.  When the video delivery is completed, a small icon (customizable) will appear in the ‘System Tray’ of their computer.  This notification icon let's the user know that a new video has arrived and is available for viewing. The 'system tray' is typically located in the right hand bottom corner of the user's computer screen.

When a registered member clicks on the icon, it opens up the login page of your website where, they can log to the Media Manager page and view the delivered videos. The EMMS allows you to set a time when a video clip is to be delivered and also set the duration each video file may ‘reside’ on the audience’s local computer hard disk.
