Brief History

1999 - Company originally formed under name of Ceristar and sought to provide integrated broadband services over local community fiber infrastructure (FTTP) in Utah.

2002 - CeriStar acquires public holding company and rolls out multiple "greenfield" residential and commercial building FTTP projects. Company serves as telephone, TV and Internet (triple play) provider to local FTTP communities.

2004 - Company changes its name to Endavo Media and Communications, Inc. The name "ENDAVO" is derived from the first two letters of the words “entertainment”, “data” and “voice”. This name was selected to better represent the company’s evolving vision to become an industry leader in enabling the delivery of digital media and communications services over the Internet and managed broadband networks.

2005 - Endavo Media divests out of FTTP properties and moves headquarters from Utah to Atlanta, GA. Company is refocused on developing the technology and business of digital content management and distribution over the Internet and digital networks, bringing valuable experience, personnel and assets from previous business.

2006 -Endavo Media develops a completely hosted system for managing and delivering digital video content online using various delivery methods and over multple platforms. Endavo's Digital Broadcast Network and Media Management System is launched.

2007 - Endavo Media begins delivering completely hosted content publishing, management and distribution services to first beta customers. Endavo Media begins providing live streaming, flash, and peer-to-peer (P2P) video commercially for content owners, under the product names EnVision (streaming) and EnHance (P2P).

December 2007 - Endavo Media launches its 4 Media Platforms, which are turnkey digital media management and delivery solutions integrated into Endavo's Digital Broadcast Network. Platforms are accessed and managed through Endavo Media Management System (EMMS), positioned a "software as a service" (SaaS). Endavo Media begins commercially marketing its Internet TV, Enterprise TV, Social TV, and IPTV Platforms, each of which having a reference base of existing live customers.

February 2008 - Endavo Media is sold to management by its public parent company and is now a privately held company. Company begins sales and marketing expansion of its Media Platforms and EMMS in multiple vertical content owner and enterprise markets.
