Corporate History

Our company was originally founded in 1999 to provide voice, video and data services over community fiber networks and operated as a subsidiary of a publicly traded holding company through 2008. In 2004, management restructured the company and began a transition to become a purely Internet-based content management platform provider, enabling the distribution of video services to multiple content delivery platforms. Endavo Media was sold to management by its parent company in 2008 and is now privately held with headquarters in Atlanta, GA.
