Position Title: Senior Sales Support and Operations Manager
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
As our Senior Sales Support and Operations Manager you will be a self-directed, experienced sales engineering professional, capable of leading technical sales activities, managing the client technical relationship, and be able to strike a good balance between solution development, customer support and product evangelism.
This position reports to the CTO, based in Orlando, Florida, and you will also interact regularly with our senior management and client support team.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Support company sales growth by managing the pre-sales technical process and evangelizing the company’s products and technology to existing and prospective clients
- Communicate (between sales force and engineers) and drive the development of new product and service offerings leveraging the company’s web and core systems development capabilities
- Communicate effectively both in written form and orally with prospective customers and other team members of the company
- Articulate product features and benefits, product direction and the company’s digital media management and distribution solutions through presentations and demonstrations, including one-on-one and one-to-many remote presentations using web based seminar tools
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams of the company in respect to new projects that are initiated, including conducting discovery sessions and requirements gathering with prospective customers that appear to have requirements that are outside of the standard company solutions being offered
- Qualify opportunities and quickly gain a basic understanding of the prospective customer’s business and how the Company’s products and solutions being offered by the sales team can be integrated into their current online systems so as to facilitate the prospective client reaching new target audiences or improve how they interact with their current target audience (In essence, helping the sales team in converting the sales lead into a successful deal and new deals into successful clients)
- Provide adequate and effective support to the sales team so as to help move the sales cycle along
- Coordinate effectively with the CTO of the company and engineers in regards to product road maps and to effectively document all new products and/or changes to the core products being offered by the company so that the current customers are updated on the new functionality updates and/or training systems are updated on the new updates to the systems so as to support existing customers
- Develop and manage clients, along with our sales and marketing team, through high quality technical, professional relationships
- Assist with developing and managing customer-centric support systems, including the enhancement of current support tools and/or managing the design, development, and implementation of an improved support system
- Act as a technical and operations resource for to the sales team and other senior managers of the company

Extensive knowledge of:
- the various digital/compressed formats for video and audio that are utilized so as to enable its delivery over the Internet to a user,
- how digital video is delivered over the web to users from a server on the Internet to a user’s PC,
- basic core web-based programming languages are used in the development of websites and back-office systems, and
- how equipment is networked across the Internet so as to support the serving of web pages and digital media over the Internet. -
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and/or Web, Video, or Internet Engineering Preferred, but not required

Deep knowledge of the various methods of distribution of audio and video (e.g. cable and/or satellite television), with recent emphasis on the delivery of audio and video over the Internet to users that have a broadband Internet connection

Minimum 5 years of managing software development teams (e.g. technical project management or system analyst) and/or 5 year(s) of experience in a “customer facing” environment such as sales or technical consulting

Proven track record of successful sales support activity

Solid knowledge of the workflow involving preparing and delivering audio, video, and images over the Internet as well as the overall software sales cycle, including a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and present business solutions and quantify ROI

Experience with developing applications and the system development life cycle in a project management, consulting, pre-sales or similar role

Working knowledge in web-based technologies, including HTML, XML, FTP, JavaScript, Actionscript, PHP and Flash would be a plus

Fully conversant with and experienced in at least one recognized sales methodology, ideally solution selling

Strong organizational and time management skills

Position Title: Sales Executive
Accountabilities and Responsibilities Include:
- Create, implement and own a sales pipeline to manage client lead intake, outbound activity, prioritization and metrics for measurement of deal status.
- Achieve sales goals each month.
- Continuously develop an extensive set of relationships at various management levels across companies initially in music & entertainment and “new media” industries, then expanding.
- Continuously grow revenue via increased reach and penetration across numerous content owner accounts as well as sales of new and incremental services.
- Work closely with business affairs and marketing to structure and negotiate optimal deal terms.
- Work closely with the client support team to share learning across key accounts.
- Participate in the development and vetting of new product development opportunities.
- Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
- Travel when necessary to meet prospects - must be willing to be on the road often.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in sales/business development, ideally for a leading software or enterprise platform sales company.
- BA/BS in sales, business management or related field.
- General understanding of Internet video, social networking, and "web 2.0" technologies preferred but not required if you have the passion for learning and can catch on quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to find, develop, carry through and close deals.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop solutions effectively.
- A proven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goals.
- Hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic work.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must.
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
Position Title: Marketing Programs Coordinator
We are seeking a Marketing Programs Coordinator to support our marketing and sales programs to high-growth Enterprise and niche Entertainment & Media Industry verticals whose audiences are adopting online and IP-delivered programming and channels. “Hard” Qualifications
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
As our Marketing Programs Coordinator, you will be able to manage and implement a variety of traditional and new media marketing strategies designed to generate and qualify prospects, and build brand awareness to our target audiences. This position reports to the CMO, based in Tampa, Florida, and you will also interact regularly with our client support team and external service providers, as well as senior management.
