Paul D. Hamm
President and Chief Executive Officer

Initially a private investor in the company in 2002 and then serving as our President and CEO since 2004, when the company found itself in distress, Paul D. Hamm came in to lead Endavo Media through restructure and turnaround. Mr. Hamm first assembled the core team and resources needed to develop and launch the company's new business plans, even during an especially difficult period for Internet technology companies. Mr. Hamm strived to keep the company financially viable and moving ahead, while his core technology team has focused on developing and launching products and services that would ultimately lead Endavo Media to becomming the innovative digital media management and delivery solutions leader that the company is today.

Mr. Hamm is a 18-year financial services industry veteran, entrepreneur and private equity fund manager. Before joining Endavo Media, Mr. Hamm founded AlphaWest Capital Partners, a financial marketing boutique, providing market/industry research, financial planning, business modeling, transaction advisory, marketing and investment banking services to emerging public tech companies. In 1998, Mr. Hamm co-founded and began serving as Managing Director of SovCap Investment Management Group, the Investment Manager to an offshore private investment partnership. Representing an active principal investor since 1998, Mr. Hamm has managed numerous private equity investments in small publicly traded companies across technology and communications related industries. He has been actively involved with portfolio companies in business planning and execution. He has often served as a primary financial and strategic advisor to a portfolio company's executive management, which paved the way to his current position. Mr. Hamm has held NASD securities licenses, served as a Transportation & Civil Affairs Commissioned Officer for 8 years with the U.S. Army/USAR, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Stetson University in Florida.

Mario J. Pino
EVP, Chief Technology & Operations Officer

Mario J. Pino is a 22-year veteran in the development and deployment of cable television, satellite, and IP-over-satellite subscription service offerings, and is currently responsible for the Endavo's strategic direction and the implementation of our entire product line, Digital Broadcast System, Media Management System (EMMS) and online video & IPTV project rollout. Mr. Pino has led Endavo's entire engineering team in the development and deployment of new products and solutions for distributing IP-based video and television for the entertainment & media industry.

In the mid 1990’s, Mr. Pino was known as a pioneer in the development of satellite based Internet service offerings that supported high-speed access to the Internet in rural and remote markets in the Americas and other international markets. During this period, Mr. Pino was responsible for the development and deployment of the world’s first IP-based satellite over Internet service offering, reaching 52 countries, from Turkey to Australia, via the AsiaSat 2 satellite. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Pino deployed IP-based service offerings that targeted rural markets in the US and portions of Latin America.

In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, Mr. Pino built and operated cable television operations in California for private cable television operator, Total TV. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Pino worked overseas for a Kuwait-based investment company, KIPCO. During this time, Mr. Pino played a key role in the establishment and operations of private cable and satellite television service offerings for the markets of Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates which supported the launch of the Showtime platform of channels (a KIPCO and Viacom Joint Venture), which included MTV, VH-1, TV Land, Paramount, Showtime Movie Channel, and Nickelodeon.

Mr. Pino attended Benedictine College where he studied International Business and the University of Arizona with course studies focused on Finance and Economics.

Peter L. Contardo
EVP, Chief Marketing Officer

Peter Contardo is a senior executive with 20 years of demonstrated results in marketing and operations, B2B/B2C product development, and organization development to accelerate market and revenue growth. Mr. Contardo is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing operations to drive Endavo's rapid customer growth plans and new business partnerships.

From start-ups to multinational organizations including AT&T, Bank of America, Citibank, Diners Club and MasterCard, Mr. Contardo has led business operations, brand development initiatives and new product roll-outs. As principal of TCG Partners, he has worked with emerging companies in financial services, healthcare, automotive and consumer goods.

Mr. Contardo built and directed a global business development team for Perot Systems and implemented a knowledge management system that both became models for the company. As senior vice president and manager of Benton International, Mr. Contardo's consulting engagements included designing credit/smart card programs, creating new marketing framework for global franchise operations, and producing the specifications for a nationwide health information system.

In addition to his operations and business development experience, Mr. Contardo has been the executive producer for an online fitness community, and has created video and multimedia programs for ExxonMobil, Sunoco, United Technologies and VISA.

Mr. Contardo served on the inaugural advisory board of the Center for Smart Business, an exclusive membership organization providing tactical education to entrepreneurs. He holds both an MBA and a BS in Commerce with honors from Rider University.

Jorge F. Tomassello
Vice President, Latin Content

Mr. Jorge F. Tomassello is a 23-year veteran in the production and distribution of top rated Spanish language programs and satellite channels targeting the Hispanic household throughout the Americas. He is currently responsible for the development of the Endavo products and their strategy for Hispanic markets.

From the late 1990’s to 2004, Mr. Tomassello developed and deployed several satellite based channels, including Canal Sur and several terrestrial television stations in the Miami area.

Prior to 1998, Mr. Tomassello was an executive with Video Rodven, Grupo Cisneros, managing their home video distribution for key Latin America markets. Most notably, Mr. Tomassello managed, produced, and distributed the ‘Nubeluz’ program, for Nubeluz Internacional, through 18 countries in Latin America. Nubeluz was one of the most popular children’s television program ever produced in Latin America during this period.

Mr. Tomassello’s experience in marketing and distributing family television programs and related merchandising products enables Endavo Media to play a key role in the development of Hispanic based service offerings targeting broadband connected users in the Americas. Mr. Tomassello brings tremendous contacts in the Latin American market with television stations and programming distributors.
